Accommodation is open to all residents over 60 years of age. Both men and women are elgible without any distinction of caste and creed.

As the arrangement is for "Pay & Stay", only such people who have their independent incomes and can be expected to meet expenditure on the licence fee would be considered for admission.

The selection for admission to the home shall be made by the Managing Committee.

The Managing committee will give special consideration to NRIs or his/her dependent.

It will be a "NO-PROFIT NO LOSS" undertaking.
